Established back in 2013,

RPS is one of Melbourne’s leading contemporary South-East Asian eateries with 3 venues currently in operation & a vision for further expansion. We deliver customer-focused authentic service, fueled by our passion for good food & drinks.

So, do you have what it takes?
Genuine love for hospitality and selling an experience to guests.
Any floor or bartending experience?
A desire to learn and grow as an individual and to support the people around you to do the same.
An ability to communicate openly and honestly within our team.
Ability to uphold the RPS values and standards, individually and collectively drive them within the team.

Hospitality experience is desired but not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for people who care deeply about hospitality, take pride in their work and want to be part of a business that values growth, accountability and genuine team culture.

We can train the rest!
