As a Grounds Cleaner (Village Support Officer) at Rosemount Retirement Living, you will help maintain a clean, secure and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This hands-on role is primarily focused on cleaning, while also supporting the village team with basic maintenance, gardening, waste management and function set-ups. You will take pride in delivering excellent service and helping create a comfortable and enjoyable community for our residents.
How You'll Make a Difference:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the village and common areas
- Support general onsite maintenance and gardening activities
- Assist with the set-up and pack-down of activity rooms and village functions
- Support waste management processes and ensure work areas remain safe and organised
- Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE) safely and effectively
- Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming, and resident-focused environment
