**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, mail management, schedule services, answer phone calls, and complete safety compliance admin, including JSO's + Support the service supervisor with account issues and day-to-day workload + Provide world-class service to our well-established customer base + Arrange training and keep accurate records for technicians + Utilise your strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude and be proactive + Heavily customer-focused role **To be successful in this role, you will need the following:** + Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or service support role. + Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Training will be provided on internal systems and processes. + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
