**Job Description:** **Why this Role Matters:** Join ITW Construction Products Asia Pacific and play a key role in protecting cash flow, strengthening customer relationships and supporting business performance. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will manage a designated debtor portfolio, drive collections outcomes and ensure accurate receivables processing across the business. Your work will directly contribute to revenue protection, customer satisfaction and ongoing process improvement. **This is a 12-month fixed term chance. The role can be located in Melbourne or Sydney.** **What You Will Do:** + Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and maintain debtor ledgers in line with company policy. + Process and allocate incoming payments accurately and efficiently. + Follow up outstanding accounts and build positive customer relationships to achieve collection targets. + Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies and resolve account queries. Prepare and issue customer statements and accounts receivable reports. + Monitor credit limits and overdue accounts, making recommendations to the Credit Manager. + Process approved new account applications and maintain customer records. + Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. **What You Bring:** + 3+ years' experience across the full Accounts Receivable function. + Strong understanding of accounting principles, collections and credit practices. + Experience managing debtor ledgers, cash allocation and account reconciliations.
