This position is based on a Monday to Friday full-time roster. **Duties and responsibilities** + Lead and manage medium to large contracts and projects + Develop contract and negotiation strategies for projects + Oversee budgets, resources,



and contract risk management + Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements + Review and approve contracts and commercial recommendations + Support bidding, proposals, and client engagement activities + Manage and develop contract management staff and processes **Skills and experience required** + 10+ years' experience managing contracts on large EPC projects + Solid understanding of commercial, legal, and compliance requirements + Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple functions + Experience developing contract strategies, budgets, and risk assessments + Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills We are an equal prospect employer.
