Senior Solution Architect

Seers Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the solution and integration architecture and design for the TOPS (Transcript Ordering and Payment System).

This opportunity suits someone who combines robust Power Platform, API Management and integration platform.

What you’ll do

- Define and govern the target solution architecture, roadmap, principals, and transition states for the TOPS (Transcript Ordering and Payment System) program.
- Lead end to end solution design across applications, integrations, data, security, identity, payments, reporting, and operational support
- Assess current platforms and systems, identifying migration, coexistence, and optimisation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements, service designs, and user journeys into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Define and ensure compliance with non-functional requirements, including security, privacy, accessibility, performance, and resilience.
- Design integration solutions with CourtPath and related services, including APIs, Data exchange, and workflow automation.
- Establish secure identity, authentication,



authorisation, and role-based access models.
- Evaluate platform and technology options, providing recommendations based on cost, risk, scalability, and long-term value
- Produce architecture artefacts and technical documentation to support procurement, delivery, and governance activities.
- Provide technical leadership throughout procurement, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to BAU support.
- Collaborate with business, technology, security, and governance stakeholders to resolve design issues and manage risks.
- Maintain architecture governance, decision records, and requirements traceability to ensure solution quality and compliance.

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, API Management, integration platforms, payment gateways.
- Relevant architecture certification such as TOGAP and Azure Solution Architect
- Experience with Australian Government digital services, courts, legal technology
- Experience designing modular solutions
- Current Australian Government Baseline security clearance.
