- Project Ownership: Undertake designated process engineering projects to investigate, troubleshoot, and optimize specific unit operations across the plant, partnering directly with Senior Engineers.

What You Bring to the Team

- Education: A recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- The Drive: A proactive, self-motivated approach with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve complex engineering problems.
- Communication: High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse operational teams.
- Logistics: A valid Western Australia "C" Class Driver’s License (or transferrable equivalent), reliable transport and full, unrestricted working rights in Australia for the duration of the 2-year term.
