Do you have experience selling sheds, carports and patios or similar products? Are you a dynamic salesperson who pursues the sale and loves to win? Does a structured sales system which demands responsiveness and performance appeal to you? If you genuinely tick all three boxes, then you may well be the superstar salesperson we are looking for.

You will also need to enjoy dealing with people, be consistent, systematic, thorough and high in energy to succeed in this role. A true salesperson is required. Getting a buzz from winning the sale, a great personality along with responsive and persistent follow up will go a long way to ensuring our products are proudly being installed throughout Victoria.

This is a highly autonomous role based at one of our five outlets. You will form part of a developing sales team who are moving from being order takers into genuine salespeople. It's a challenge, so you need to be up for it from day one. The role is being offered in a full-time capacity which includes attending the showroom of a Saturday each week (time off in lieu is offered).

The primary responsibilities of the role are;

SELLING SHEDS, GARAGES AND PATIOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Responsive and professional follow up to warm leads generated through our extensive lead pathways.

Creating accurate and professional quotes to customers

Following up enquiries and quotes in a responsive, methodical and consistent manner.

Pursuing the sale in a professional manner which builds rapport and trust with our customers.

Recording and reporting activities within the various systems used by the business.

No shed, garage or patio sales experience is needed but the successful will be required to have the following;

Positive, consistent and resilient approach to sales

An ability to build immediate rapport and trust with the prospective customers

Integrity and work ethic that facilitate excellent business outcomes

Ability to work autonomously and be trusted to get things done

Prepared to work within team framework and co-operate with other team members.
