Position: Full-Time Pizza Chef / Chef

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Superannuation (plus performance bonuses)

Location: Brookvale, NSW 2100

ABOUT THE ROLE

Sale Pepe Pizzeria is seeking a passionate and experienced Pizza Chef / Chef to join our team on the Northern Beaches. We are an established business known for traditional Italian cuisine, quality ingredients, and a great working environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional Italian food OR minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with high-temperature wood-fired ovens and stretching dough by hand.
- Service Capacity: Proven ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced service while maintaining consistent high standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Strong background in food hygiene, stock control,



wastage reduction, and menu execution.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, proactive, organized, and positive attitude within a team environment.
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship possibilities available for top candidates).
