About Lusta Hair

Lusta Hair is a market leader in premium wigs and toppers, and our ecommerce business is growing rapidly. We make beautiful, high-quality hair pieces for women with hair loss or thinning hair. We aim to give every client a luxury, personal experience that helps them feel like themselves again.

The role

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be our client’s personal hair shopper. Many women come to us at a vulnerable point. You’ll listen, understand what they need, and guide them to the piece that suits them best, from style and fit to the right colour. Most of your work will be online, and our in-person presence is growing too.

This is not a one-off sale. Majority of our customers buy from us again and again, so you’ll get to know them over time and become someone they trust.

What you’ll do

- Build lasting relationships with current and returning customers

- Give personal shopping consultations online, virtually and in person

- Recommend the right product, style and hair colour for each customer

- Manage after after-sales service, including fit, care, exchanges and follow-ups





- Listen to customer feedback and share what you learn with the team

- Give every customer a five-star experience they will want to tell their friends about

About you

- You’re warm, empathetic and a natural at building relationships

- You have experience in retail, beauty, hair or customer/client-facing sales

- You know what it means to give exceptional service and you take pride in it

- You write well and are confident on the phone and on video calls

- You have an eye for colour and detail (hair industry experience is a bonus but not necessary)

- You care about helping women feel confident
