About the Role

We are seeking experienced Beauty & Massage Therapists to join our wellness teams at our luxury five-star hotel locations in Sydney CBD (NSW 2000).

As a Beauty & Massage Therapist, you will be the cornerstone of our clients' wellness journey, delivering personalised treatments that seamlessly blend therapeutic expertise with exceptional customer service in an exclusive hotel setting.

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform Advanced Skincare Therapies: Deliver award-winning facial treatments utilising state-of-the-art HydraFacial Syndeo technology. (Comprehensive, hands-on training on the HydraFacial Syndeo platform will be provided upon successful employment/engagement).

- Deliver Expert Massage Therapies: Provide a comprehensive range of massage treatments, including relaxation, remedial, sports, and specialist modalities, tailored to hotel guests, corporate clients, and members.

- Offer Tailored Beauty & Aesthetic Services: Perform professional skincare, facials, body treatments, and personalised beauty services aligned with luxury 5-star standards.

- Conduct Thorough Client Consultations: Assess health history, client preferences, and skin/body objectives to design safe, highly effective, and personalised treatment plans.

- Client Record & Progress Management:



Maintain precise, detailed treatment notes and client records to track results and customise future sessions.

- Homecare & Wellness Guidance: Educate and advise clients on post-treatment care, tailored homecare skincare routines, and wellness recommendations to maximise treatment outcomes.

- Sanitation & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all treatment rooms, tools, and advanced apparatus (including HydraFacial and therapy units) are meticulously maintained to the highest hygiene standards.

- Compliance & Safety Standards: Strictly uphold health, safety, and infection control protocols in compliance with industry regulations and hotel operating standards.

- Client Relationship & Guest Experience: Build lasting relationships with guests, encouraging repeat bookings and referrals through exceptional, intuitive customer care.

- Team Collaboration & Continuous Learning: Work collaboratively with the wellness team to ensure smooth operations while keeping up-to-date with industry innovations and ongoing professional development.

What we're looking for

- Current registration or certification with a recognised beauty therapy or massage therapy professional body (such as ESSA, AAMT, or equivalent)

- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or both

- Comprehensive knowledge of massage therapy techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation methods

- Expertise in beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and skincare analysis

- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and contraindications relevant to massage and beauty therapy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse clientele in an upmarket setting





- Professional presentation and grooming standards consistent with luxury hotel environments

- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining flexibility within a team-based setting

- Current First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Working with Children Check (WWC) or other relevant clearances if required

- Preferred: Experience working in luxury or 5-star hotel wellness environments

- Preferred: Qualifications or experience in additional therapies such as hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, or specialised skincare treatments
