Working alongside experienced agents, you'll gain hands-on exposure to prospecting, business development, property inspections, negotiations and commercial property transactions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Prospecting and generating new sales and leasing opportunities
- Building relationships with landlords, investors, buyers and tenants
- Assisting with property appraisals, listing presentations and marketing campaigns
- Coordinating property inspections and following up prospective clients
- Supporting sales and leasing negotiations through to completion
- Researching market activity, rental rates and comparable sales
- Maintaining client relationships and developing your own network

- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to prospecting and business development
- A professional manner with strong relationship-building skills
- Resilience, ambition and a willingness to learn
- Previous sales, leasing, real estate or customer-facing experience is advantageous
- A current Queensland real estate registration or licence Looking to break into commercial real estate?
