Talent Focus are currently seeking experienced Stores / Warehouse Operators for our clients working within the Steel manufacturing/ distribution industry with opportunities available in Carole Park and Richlands .

We have vacancies across day shift and afternoon shift , with immediate starts available. These positions offer ongoing casual employment with the opportunity to transition to permanent work.

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving, checking and storing incoming structural steel materials.
- Picking, packing and preparing steel products for dispatch.
- Operating forklifts and gantry cranes to move and handle steel materials safely.
- Ensuring materials are stored and handled correctly.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores
- Experience handling structural steel or other heavy industrial materials is highly regarded.




- Current forklift licence.
- Current gantry crane ticket required for the Carole Park role.
- Ability to safely handle heavy and bulky materials.
- Positive communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Availability for day shift or afternoon shift.
- Current working rights in Australia.
