We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Tyre Service Fitter to join our busy workshop team in Ballina. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tyre fitting, balancing, and maintenance services across a variety of passenger, 4WD, and commercial vehicles. Whether you are an experienced fitter or a mechanically minded individual looking to advance your career, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

- Remove, fit, and balance tyres for passenger vehicles, 4WDs, and light commercial trucks.
- Perform wheel alignments and puncture repairs to industry standards.
- Assess tyre wear, diagnose steering or suspension issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct fleet checks and assist with mobile or roadside tyre servicing when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop workplace.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.

About you





- Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter, Wheel Aligner, or Apprentice Mechanic is highly regarded.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A valid Australian manual driver's licence is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

- Excellent communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
