Healthcare Australia is seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join as a casual team member across Portland and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients to stay independent in their homes or community settings.

Requirements include Certificate III/IV in relevant fields, CPR/BLS, First Aid, Police Check, vaccination status, and an unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence with a registered vehicle.
