About the role

As an Educator at Goodstart Kenmore – Kersley Road, you'll play a vital role in supporting children, families, and educators throughout the centre.

As an Educator , you'll work across multiple age groups, providing flexibility and support wherever needed while helping to maintain high-quality educational programs and meaningful learning experiences.

In this role, you'll:

- Support children's learning and development across different rooms
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments
- Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership to provide high-quality care and education

What you’ll bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
