Required Skills and Experience

- At least one year of practical work experience as a Hairdresser, including professional hair cutting, colouring, styling and other hairdressing services.
- Solid knowledge of hair colouring techniques, chemical treatments, hair care products and conditioning treatments.
- Ability to conduct professional client consultations, assess hair and scalp conditions, and recommend suitable hair services and treatments.
- Knowledge of salon hygiene, workplace health and safety requirements, and the safe handling and use of hairdressing chemicals and equipment.
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients’ needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional salon team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction.
