This is a full-time Service Advisor / Receptionist position at Atherton Automotive Pty Ltd located in Atherton, QLD 4883. As the Service Advisor / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality customer service and efficiently coordinating all aspects of the vehicle service and repair process.

What you'll be doing

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings, both in-person and over the phone
- Provide customers with accurate information about service requirements, costs and timelines
- Coordinate the vehicle service and repair process, liaising with the workshop team
- Prepare service documentation and invoices for customers
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Provide administrative support to the workshop as needed

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software
- A friendly, professional and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent processes and systems
- A manual driver's licence is essential.
