HomeSupport Services deliver personal and domestic services to people in the localcommunity which enable people to remain living independently in their ownhomes.

Role1: Fixed-term position due to parental leave available now until April 2027 (52hours per fortnight)

Role2: Casual position

Role3: Permanent position (66 hours per fortnight)

Thisis a 7 day per week service and shifts are rostered across Monday to Sundaybetween the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm. Flexibility across all shifts isrequired.

Inthis role, you will be responsible for:





- Supporting clients with personal cares & householdmanagement
- Tailoring care to each client and their individual careplans
- Appropriately documenting any changes in a client’scondition or circumstances

AboutYou

- Current full drivers’ licence – this is essential tocomplete the role
- Physically fit & with the ability to work underminimal supervision
- Honest and trustworthy with the ability to build andnurture professional relationships
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Previous Home Support Worker experience is desirablehowever full training is provided
