Registered Nurse I RNs I Aged Care I Agency Shifts

The opportunity
Brightstar Nursing Australia Pty Ltd, a growing provider of high-quality aged care staffing services, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses across Illawarra , Southern Highland and South Coast NSW to join our team on a casual basis to cover urgent shift request.

Key responsibilities

- Providing compassionate, person-centred nursing and care to our aged care residents
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, medication management, and supporting residents' social and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures




- Actively participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

- Current registration as an RN with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated minimum of 6 months experience in aged care
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Right to work in Australia (mandatory)
