About Micway
Micway Transport is a family-owned temperature-controlled logistics company based in Arndell Park. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, and our fleet is the face of our business, so how it looks on the road matters to us.

The Role
We’re looking for a reliable Casual HC Driver to support our fleet washing service. You’ll be moving vehicles between our Arndell Park depot and our Arndell Park maintenance shed, keeping the wash program running smoothly and on schedule.

Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, 4pm start, 5 hours per shift

Short, repeated vehicle movements within our Arndell Park sites

Frequent getting in and out of truck cabs throughout the shift

Quick-paced, precise and safety-focused work

Why you'll like it

Casual base rate plus casual loading and shift loadings - ($ 41.33 p/hr)

Travel to work outside peak hour

Ideal as a second income, or for anyone wanting regular casual hours with good rates

Immediate start

What you’ll need

- Current HC licence
- Full RMS driving history, dated within the last 3 months
- National Police Check, dated within the last 3 months
- VEVO work rights confirmation (if applicable)
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical questionnaire before starting or trialling
- The physical ability to climb in and out of truck cabs repeatedly over a 5-hour shift

Please note:

Micway operates every day of the year except Good Friday and Christmas Day. We have higher availability expectations during peak seasonal periods, and this applies to everyone in this role. Please keep this in mind before applying.

This role is central to our operation. We need people who take pride in their work and get the job done safely, accurately and on time.
