You'll be responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our retreat, ensuring our guest areas and facilities are cared for to a high standard. At Living Valley, we take great pride in creating a welcoming, peaceful and nurturing environment for our guests. Their experience is at the heart of everything we do, and creating an atmosphere where they feel comfortable, cared for and supported is always our top priority. As an experienced member of the team, we're looking for someone who can confidently manage your workload, recognise what needs attention and take action. You'll also have the opportunity to share your experience and lead by example, helping the wider team maintain a consistent standard of work.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the retreat
- Care for guest areas and facilities to a high standard
- Manage your workload independently and recognise what needs attention
- Take initiative and action without constant supervision
- Share your experience and lead by example within the team
- Maintain consistent standards of work across the retreat

About you

- Previous professional or commercial cleaning experience
- Dependable, punctual and takes work commitments seriously
- Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work
- Organised, self-motivated and confident working independently
- Uses initiative and can manage time without constant supervision
- Communicates well and maintains a friendly, respectful and professional approach with guests and staff
- Leads by example and contributes positively to team standards and culture




- Previous experience in a senior cleaning or team-leading role would be an advantage
