Norwest Kids Specialists is seeking a reliable and friendly Medical Receptionist to join the team on a casual / part-time basis (2-4 days per week). This is an opportunity to work in a growing children's clinic that values teamwork, empathy, and patient-centred service.

Key responsibilities

- Greet children and their families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments and coordinate schedules for specialists
- Answer phones and respond to enquires in a timely, helpful manner
- Handle patient paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Support doctors with admin tasks and coordinate with practitioners via phone or emails to streamline their patient flow and communications
- Scan, fax, and file documents as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold skilled standards at all times

About you

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Secretary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Previous experience and proficiency in software management
- Flexible schedule with ability to work some late nights
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Working rights, police clearance and working with children check required
