Compnow is hiring a Helpdesk Technician to provide hands-on Level 1 technology support at our Melbourne CBD site. You will be the first contact for requests, helping users resolve issues across accounts, devices, software and mobile technology.
This role suits someone early in their IT career who enjoys troubleshooting, delivering helpful customer service and taking ownership of issues through to resolution. Casual, five days a week, approx. one‑month project with potential to continue.
