rTriibe is an education recruitment agency. We are recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for schools in Liverpool, supporting pupils in class, in small groups and one to one under the direction of the class teacher.

This is temporary supply work through rTriibe: days are offered as schools book them, so there are no guaranteed hours (a zero-hours arrangement) and you choose which days you accept. Pay is £85.46 per day or more, paid weekly.

Costs: every rTriibe role needs an Enhanced DBS on the DBS Update Service. If you don't already have one, you pay for the check (£54.20, or £61.71 including the right to work and ID checks) and the Update Service subscription (£16 a year, paid to the DBS). There is no other fee.

You will also need 2 references covering your last 24 months of work.

- Level 2 Teaching Assistant certificate or equivalent (for example NVQ or CACHE Level 2, RQF Level 2 or 3)
- Clear communication and valuable listening skills
- Patience, understanding and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Works well as part of a team and can follow a teacher's lead
- Desirable: Paediatric First Aid certificate
