About You

- Motivated and ready to learn

- Interested in building a career in banking and finance
- Excited by customer service and sales

What You’ll Be Doing

- Work full-time in a supportive branch setting
- Complete a Certificate III qualification
- Learn directly from experienced Personal Bankers
- Build strong customer service and sales skills
- Develop knowledge of retail banking products and services




- Be supported by dedicated mentors every step of the way
