Soap Solutions is an Australian family-owned manufacturer of soap and personal care products, based in Cromer on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, hands-on manufacturing environment, with consistent weekday hours, overtime opportunities and full training provided.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.

- Ensuring production runs efficiently and meets daily and weekly targets.

- Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and product quality.

- Following standard operating procedures and quality requirements.

- Identifying and reporting machinery or production issues promptly.

- Completing production records and documentation accurately.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who has:





- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (food or personal care manufacturing advantageous, but not essential).

- A willingness to learn and the ability to pick up new processes quickly.

- Robust teamwork and communication skills.

- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

- Good attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.

- The physical ability to stand for extended periods and undertake manual handling, including lifting 15kg or more.

- Full Australian working rights and good communication skills.
