Administration Officer - Community Mental Health

Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated, enthusiastic and suitably experienced administration professionals to join the Mernda and Craigieburn Community Mental Health teams.

Services are provided through our six main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.

About the Role:





This role requires someone to oversee the administrative and reception functions of two busy community mental health clinics and to provide support to current administration officers and clinical staff at both campuses.

This role is responsible for overseeing reception, the day-to-day management of a number of IT applications/database systems and the coordination of diverse workflows across two campuses

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience and good working knowledge of contemporary applications and databases in public health
- Proven ability to work independently, and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated, exemplary, interpersonal, communication and patient-facing skills
- Flexibility, working across two campuses, 5 days per fortnight
