Melbourne
Build a career outdoors while helping protect and restore Melbourne’s natural environment.
Acacia is seeking motivated Environmental Team Members to join our growing field operations team and work across a diverse range of environmental projects throughout Greater Melbourne.
From the Western Plains and grasslands , through Melbourne’s northern and eastern bushland reserves and Upper Yarra catchments , to waterways, parks and conservation areas across the south-east , our teams work in some of Melbourne’s most diverse and environmentally significant landscapes.

Acacia delivers environmental field works and consulting services across reserves, waterways, parks, open spaces and conservation areas throughout Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Our teams undertake sensitive weed control, ecological restoration, revegetation and vegetation management to protect biodiversity, restore habitat and improve natural environments.
As Acacia continues to grow, we are looking for people who enjoy practical outdoor work, value teamwork and want to contribute to meaningful environmental outcomes.

- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Communicate respectfully with colleagues, clients and members of the public
- Can adapt to different sites, projects and environmental conditions

- Melbourne’s eastern and outer-eastern suburbs
- The Yarra Valley and Upper Yarra catchments
- Melbourne’s south-east
- Bushland reserves, waterways, wetlands, parks and open spaces across the wider Melbourne region
While we will aim to match team members with projects and areas that suit where they live, some travel will form part of the role so a licence and car is essential.

- Above-award pay
- Ongoing training and professional development
