ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seekinga Part Time or Casual Graduate Engineer, QLD will support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of projects by assisting with documentation, scheduling, estimating, procurement and stakeholder communication. The role will work closely with the Construction Manager, Workshop team, Suppliers and Clients to ensure project activities are organised, resources are coordinated, and key milestones are achieved.

Some of the tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Maintain project folders, drawings,



specifications and document registers
- Update project schedules, action lists and progress trackers
- Request and compare quotations, track responses and follow up outstanding actions
- Maintain action registers, procurement logs and project checklists
- Maintaining accurate project records
- Monitoring project progress
- Assisting with cost estimates and procurement activities

ABOUT YOU

- Currently undertaking bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, structural or civil engineering
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience in the construction Industry
- MS Project Experience (Preferable)
- Experience working in construction industry (Preferable)
- Estimating experience (Preferable)
- Written and Spoken Mandarin (Not essential but preferable)
