Life Without Barriers is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to support young people in residential care. You will work with a live-in Senior Residential Carer to create a positive, nurturing home setting and provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs.
You will help youths build confidence, independence, and community connections, encouraging participation in education, personal interests and activities, while managing routines and working as part of a care team.
