Keeper Recruitment is partnering with an established TechnologyOne consulting firm that is going through a period of real change. Current leadership, a refreshed delivery model and a growing pipeline of council work mean they're rebuilding how the practice runs. They want P&R; people who'd rather help shape that than just slot into it.

Most consulting roles come with a fixed way of doing things. Here, the methodology, team structure and client approach are being reset now. You'll have a voice in how projects are scoped, run and supported. That suits people who have seen what works (and what doesn't) at other partners or councils and want to put it into practice.

What you'll do

- Lead and deliver TechnologyOne Property & Rating implementations, upgrades and CiA transitions for local government clients
- Run workshops with council rates, property and finance teams, and turn requirements into practical configuration
- Configure and test core P&R; functions: rating, valuations, levies, property and name/address, receipting and rates notices
- Support data migration,



reconciliation and go-live readiness
- Guide councils through business process change, not just system change
- Help shape the practice's delivery approach, templates and ways of working as the firm evolves
- Mentor less experienced consultants as the team grows

What you'll bring

- Hands-on TechnologyOne Property & Rating experience, from a consulting partner, TechnologyOne or a council
- A solid understanding of council rating processes and the annual rating cycle
- Confidence working directly with council stakeholders, from rates officers to finance managers
- Comfort with ambiguity and an interest in improving how things are done
- Exposure to CiA, data migration or other TechOne modules (Financials, EAM, ECM) is a plus
