Manager - Client Advisory | $130K–$160K + Super

Our client is a rapid-growing, tech-forward accounting and financial planning group west of Parramatta. They are looking for a Manager who loves spending time with clients and wants to be known for business advice, not for preparing tax returns.

The firm

- Three-partner firm of around 50 staff, with a brand-new five-star office
- Strong technology focus and a genuine growth story, with clear career progression

The role

- Own and grow your own portfolio, currently around $800K–$900K with a goal of $1M
- Lead 2–3 offshore team members, delegating, mentoring and leading by example
- Meet with clients at least twice a year, and often quarterly or monthly
- Provide proactive advisory, management reports, cash flow budgets and profit plans
- Review (not prepare) tax returns, financial statements, BAS/IAS and payroll tax reporting
- Advise on CGT, income tax and payroll tax, and liaise with the tax authorities
- Identify opportunities within and beyond your client base,



and build referral relationships with business partners
- Meet agreed KPIs and keep your knowledge of legislation up to date

About you

- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Excellent tax knowledge and strong analytical skills
- A proven ability to build relationships and grow business
- An outgoing communicator who can hold a room and still get the work done at deadline time
- Confident with Word, Excel and email
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
