Role: Technology Governance and Performance Analyst

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities/Duties

- Drive the implementation, enhancement and automation of Technology performance reporting, dashboards and executive reporting processes, aligned with agreed priorities and direction.
- Coordinate the monthly Technology Executive Report, including stakeholder engagement, report production, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI registers, scorecards and executive reporting artefacts using approved datasets and data models.
- Translate business requirements into reporting, dashboard and automation solutions in partnership with Data & Analytics teams.
- Maintain reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, reporting standards, process documentation and business rules.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, repositories and knowledge bases supporting governance, audit, risk and performance reporting activities.
- Coordinate governance and reporting calendars, annual work plans and recurring governance activities.
- Coordinate governance forums, including Audit & Risk Forums and leadership reporting forums, preparing agendas, presentations, meeting packs, minutes, action registers and decision logs.
- Monitor and report on the completion of audit recommendations, risk treatments, governance actions and stakeholder commitments.
- Coordinate the review, maintenance and publication of policies, procedures and other governance documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in governance, performance reporting, PMO, audit, risk or business operations functions.
- Proven experience delivering reporting improvements, reporting automation or reporting transformation initiatives.




- Experience developing and maintaining executive reports, dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards and performance reporting artefacts.
- Experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting visualisation.
- Experience coordinating governance forums, committees or management meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action management.
- Experience managing audit actions, risk treatments, governance registers and stakeholder commitments.
- Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, repositories and collaboration workspaces.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Desired Experience:

- Experience within a Technology, Digital, IT or Transformation environment.
- Experience supporting audit, risk, compliance or assurance activities.
- Experience with governance, risk and compliance platforms such as ServiceNow IRM, CAMMS or Riskonnect.

Qualifications, Training and Skills

- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including preparation of executive and governance reporting packs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting analysis capability.
- Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting skills.
- Strong SharePoint administration, content management and information management capability.
- Excellent written communication, documentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience in business process mapping, documentation and process improvement.
- Knowledge of governance, risk, audit or performance management frameworks
