Salary up to $127,500 + super + salary packaging

2 weeks paid leave over Christmas (in addition to 4 weeks annual leave)

The role
As an Occupational Therapist – Team Lead, you’ll provide evidence-based assessment and intervention, supporting clients and families to achieve meaningful goals. You’ll work within a person- and family-centred framework and deliver services in clinic, at home, in schools, or via telepractice.





You’ll also lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 5 clinicians, providing day-to-day guidance, clinical supervision, and support with onboarding, quality, and productivity. You’ll contribute to waitlist management, respond to client feedback, and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration

Minimum 3 years’ OT experience with strong clinical skills

Leadership capability (experience preferred but not essential)

Ability to work to agreed goals, metrics and service standards

Driver’s licence and access to a car

Experience with NDIS is desirable
