The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our devanning operations in NSW - Specifically Greater Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage devanning crews on-site, ensuring health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Ensure all containers are unloaded efficiently and in line with client KPIs and expectations.
- Maintain transparent communication and operational flow.
- Provide hands-on leadership to crews, offering guidance and support as required.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with PPE and workplace safety standards.
- Report on daily operations, challenges, and productivity to the National Operations Manager.
- Train new team members and support their integration into the crew.
- Handle on-site operational challenges quickly and professionally.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or warehouse operations,



with a focus on leadership and people management. You are a strong communicator, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Must have proven experience in container unloading and export operations.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or devanning operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Minimum 1 year of team leadership or management experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- A hands-on approach to identifying and solving operational issues.
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations, especially in warehouse or logistics environments.
- Forklift experience and a valid forklift licence (preferred).
- A valid forklift licence is required at the time of application.
- Flexibility to work varying hours to meet operational requirements.
