We're working with a major financial services organisation looking for a Senior Experience Designer to improve the platforms its staff use every day.

The focus is on internal systems, CRM and staff workflows . You'll need experience designing for employees working through complex processes, with examples that go beyond customer-facing websites and apps.

Requirements:

Working alongside designers, product owners, BAs and delivery teams, you'll:

- Speak with staff to understand how they work and where existing systems cause problems.
- Turn research findings into designs and prototypes, then test and refine them with users.
- Simplify workflows across CRM and internal applications.
- Run workshops to work through requirements and agree on design decisions.




- Work within an enterprise design system and contribute improvements.
- Stay involved through delivery, balancing usability with business and technical requirements.

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in UX, product or experience design .
- Banking or financial services experience - Preferred
- Hands-on design experience with internal platforms, CRM systems or back-office applications
- Solid research, prototyping and usability testing skills.
- Confidence working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- A portfolio showing your role in solving complex design problems and the outcomes achieved.
