The Fixed Term Role

We’re looking for an experienced Innovation Project Manager on a fixed term contract to drive innovation projects across Sanitarium, bringing teams together and keeping projects moving from plan through to delivery.

You will:

- Lead innovation projects through to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
- Manage timelines, priorities and project milestones.
- Keep stakeholders informed, aligned and engaged.
- Solve problems and keep projects moving.

About you

You’re organised, proactive and collaborative, with the confidence to bring people together and get things done.





You’ll bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in food-related FMCG.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder, communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational capability.
