Eureka Group Holdings is seeking a Finance Business Partner to shape budgeting, forecasting and performance insights across villages, parks and the broader business. Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you will translate numbers into actionable recommendations for operations and sales teams.

This role requires robust financial modelling, Excel and ERP skills, experience with RMS or similar systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
