SHAPE Australia in Perth is seeking a Bid Coordinator to turn our team’s experience into winning tender submissions across WA. You’ll work with the Bid Manager, estimating and delivery teams to assemble compelling bids for diverse projects.
You’ll collect documents, coordinate input from stakeholders, organize submissions, and maintain bid plans and content libraries. A marketing/administration qualification and procurement experience are preferred, with robust MS Word/Excel skills.
