We are seeking a passionate and motivated Educational Leader / Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our kindergarten program for up to 33 children aged 3-4 years at our purpose-built, 66-place Delahey service.

Whiz Kidz Early Learning Centre & Preschool is a family-owned and operated group of early learning services across NSW and VIC. Our owners are two sisters and mothers who are passionate about quality early education and creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, supported and valued.





Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF.

- Mentor educators, promote reflective practice and support professional development.

- Foster an inclusive learning environment that supports children's development and school readiness.

- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community.

- Support the Centre Director with daily operations, team management and continuous improvement.

- Maintain compliance with service policies, the NQS and relevant legislation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education recognised by ACECQA and current full or provisional VIT registration.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, a valid Working with Children Check and National Child Safety Training covering Courses 1–5.

- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, National Regulations and early childhood best practice.

- Strong communication, organisational and mentoring skills, with the ability to support the Centre Director and lead by example.

- A commitment to child safety, continuous improvement and a genuine ambition to progress into future management roles.
