Looking to build your career in a supportive, hands‑on musculoskeletal private practice?

Activ Therapy Winston Hills is seeking a motivated and patient‑focused New Graduate or Early‑Career Physiotherapist (0–2 years' experience) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

We understand that transitioning from university into private practice is a significant step. We aim to provide the clinical guidance, practical experience and ongoing professional development to help you build confidence and become a skilled, independent physiotherapist.

You will manage a predominantly private musculoskeletal caseload (approximately 80%) , treating patients with spinal conditions, sports injuries, post‑operative rehabilitation and a variety of other musculoskeletal presentations.

Our clinical approach combines hands‑on manual therapy, sound clinical reasoning and exercise‑based rehabilitation , with treatment delivered in dedicated one‑on‑one private consultation rooms.

About You

We welcome applications from new graduates and physiotherapists with up to 2 years of clinical experience .

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

- Strong self‑motivation and a genuine drive to become an excellent physiotherapist.

- A proactive approach to learning , including seeking feedback, asking questions and continually refining clinical skills.

- A strong interest in hands‑on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise‑based rehabilitation.

- A commitment to developing clinical reasoning, assessment and manual therapy skills.

- Initiative,



accountability and a willingness to take ownership of their professional development.

- Strong communication skills and a patient‑centred approach.

- A recognised physiotherapy qualification and current or eligible AHPRA registration.

Previous private practice experience is not essential. We value the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn over years of experience.

Remuneration & Benefits

- $75,000–$85,000 FTE + superannuation + performance‑based commission , depending on experience and clinical capability.
