We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Gold Coast main Office .

About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily store functions and managing, training, and supervising a small team to ensure smooth operations, consistent staff performance, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Supervising, mentoring, and guiding team members
- Managing staff performance and ensuring employees follow company procedures and standards




- Training new employees and providing ongoing support and coaching to existing staff
- General administrative tasks
- Greeting customers and assisting with sales
- Day-to-day store and warehouse operations
- Coordinating dispatch and distribution of rugs to other stores and customers
- Communicating with staff and customers to resolve issues
- Processing and managing reports, stocktakes, and data entryli>
- Maintaining WH&S; standards for a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar retail or operations management role
- robust staff management, training, and leadership skills
- Strong numerical and administrative skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel , MYOB , and preferably Shopify
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer service-focused with great problem-solving abilities
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
