You'll be the person practitioners talk to when they're ready to grow: understanding where they are, what they want to build and which course or partnership gets them there. The majority of your leads come to you warm, booked into your diary by our setter team, or direct from webinars so your days go on real conversations. You'll own sales and conversion across courses and B2B skincare, win new accounts, onboard stockists, guide students to their next course, and run calls preparing practitioners for enrolment conversations.

Key responsibilities

- Own sales and conversion across courses and B2B skincare through warm lead conversion
- Win new B2B skincare accounts and grow existing ones through reorders and retail sell-through
- Onboard new Skinformé stockists with training on products and protocols
- Own the graduate journey, guiding students to their next course
- Run Skilled Hands and Clinic Accelerator calls, preparing practitioners for enrolment conversations
- Work with the setter team and run a weekly call review
- Refine scripts and follow-ups with the founders, and report weekly on results

About you

- At least 2 years in sales with a proven sales track record
- Experience selling high-value services, education or B2B products with demonstrated conversion improvements
- Calm, consultative approach to selling with focus on understanding people
- Self-driven,



accountable and disciplined, owning scripts, dashboards and daily follow-up
- Confident with CRM, Calendly and Zoom
- Knowledge of the beauty and aesthetics industry and ability to speak practitioners' language
