GTNT Group is seeking a hands-on Apprentice Mentor to manage dual-function GTO and ANT caseloads across Katherine. You’ll supervise apprentice sign-ups, conduct inspections, and foster robust host relationships across urban and remote cattle stations.
You will track compliance, support onboarding, and drive performance and welfare conversations with apprentices and hosts. A dedicated onboarding program and ongoing support will help you succeed in this multi-function role.
