This is a full-time role, based in our Hexham office. Working with the Head of Marketing and our in-house Graphic Designer, you will build, launch and optimise marketing campaigns across every brand and branch. You will run our paid ads on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, grow how we show up in search, build emails and landing pages and help deliver trade shows and events. It is a hands-on role in a small team, with plenty of variety.

Key responsibilities

Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns: set-up, targeting, budgets, conversion tracking and optimisation

Campaign builds for current machine launches, finance offers, stock clearance and regional branch activity

SEO and AEO: building landing page content that ranks in Google and gets cited in AI answers

HubSpot emails, forms and automated journeys, with leads routed to the sales team

Social media content and scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube

Sales, Service, Parts and Rentals promotions, and OEM co-branded campaigns for the brands we sell

Trade shows, field days and demo days, with leads captured and followed up

About you

3+ or more years of hands-on marketing experience,



ideally in a sales-led business

Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, from set-up to optimisation

Working knowledge of SEO, and an understanding of AEO: how to get found in AI search and answer engines

Experience building emails, landing pages and workflows in Wordpress and HubSpot or comparable platforms

Comfortable with GA4 and ad platform reporting, and using the numbers to improve results

Strong writing: you can produce clear, persuasive copy

A current driver's licence and the ability to get to branches, customer sites and events
