The Salvation Army is seeking a Client Services Coordinator (After Hours) to lead operational delivery at Middleton Street Youth Accommodation in Shepparton, ensuring safe, youth-centered services during afternoon and evening hours.

You will mentor staff, manage the 24/7 roster, address risks, and support safeguarding while advancing outcomes under the Journey to Independence Model and PIE framework in a permanent, in office role.
