Creating Links is seeking a Program Manager – Child & Family Services to lead our multidisciplinary team and deliver high‑quality, family‑centred programs in Bankstown. You will drive service delivery, build partnerships and ensure outcomes for children and families.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Community Services, you will oversee family support, parenting and counselling programs, while championing trauma‑informed practice and culturally responsive services.
