Registered Nurse – Community Nursing Full Time/Part Time
Deliver in-home nursing visits to older clients, working independently in clients' homes and making sound clinical decisions.
Key responsibilities
Deliver in-home nursing visits to older clients
Wound care, including complex and chronic wounds
Catheter care and continence management
Accurate, timely clinical documentation
Liaise with care managers and GPs; recognise and escalate deterioration
About you
Current Ahpra RN registration with no conditions
2+ years post-registration
Full driver's licence and own reliable, insured car
National Police Certificate within 3 years or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current CPR
Community, home care or aged care experience (preferred)
