This is a hybrid marketing, events and operations role. One week you might be organizing an activation. The next you'll be filming content, scouting out our next activation, assisting with a sales presentation for a major retailer, coordinating POS materials, doing an instore tasting, helping launch a new flavour or helping out on canning day. No two days are the same. You'll work directly with the founders and sales team, helping to bring the brand to life through content, events, activations, partnerships and day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

- Finding, Planning and executing brand activations, tastings and events
- Developing and Coordinating activations, sponsorships and trade shows
- Managing event logistics, staffing and equipment
- Working with venues, retailers and partners to create memorable brand experiences
- Owning Mexink's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Creating content calendars and campaign schedules
- Capturing photo and video content at events and customer locations
- Editing reels, stories and short-form video content
- Supporting the Sales Manager with customer presentations and follow-up

About you





- 1-3 years experience in marketing, events, hospitality, FMCG or brand roles
- A can do attitude and ability to find and develop activations, partnerships and events
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A current driver's licence
- Availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends at events
- Takes ownership and gets things done
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and getting involved
